New Associate Announcement

September 28, 2018

We are very pleased to inform you that effective October 1, 2018, Keen Umbehr, II will be joining T-S Holdings, Inc., as our Corporate Vice President of Sales & Operations. As most of you are aware Keen has been a member of the Triple S family, serving as the V.P of Business Development, since February of 2018.

Keen has a proven track record in the areas of Sales, Operations and Administration. Keen gained his sales experience working as a Regional Manager for a wholesale distribution company and as the National Sales Manager for ABC Compounding. He further honed his sales skills and gained administrative and operational skills while assisting with a family business and during his time at Nissco. Keen joined Nissco as their VP of Business Development, was promoted to Executive VP after about 2 years and was then promoted to President and CEO 2 years later.

Keen is a highly energetic individual that is quick to engage and identify the fundamental tenets necessary for success. We are very confident that he will prove to be a valued asset as he provides support to our Branch Management, sharing best practices, from branch to branch, and optimizing our sales and operations platforms.

Keen obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Kansas State University and his post grad Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M. He will continue to operate out of Alvin, Texas, where he resides with his wife Tiffany and their two young children. His new e-mail address will be keen@tsh-inc.com. Associate Promotions

September 28, 2018

We are pleased to share the following Triple S - Central Mass branch promotions with you:

Tom Cormier – Tom was recently promoted to Assistant Warehouse Manager. Tom joined ICPI on November 16, 2017, as a truck driver, a position in which he excelled. Tom’s solid work ethic, positive attitude and consistent willingness to assist in the warehouse garnered him the opportunity to take over the day to day operation of the warehouse when the position came open. We very much appreciate Tom’s commitment to improving the appearance and functionality of the warehouse one small step at a time. Tom, his wife Tanya and their two young children reside in Leominster, MA.

Maisy Muner – Effective October 1, 2018, Maisy is being promoted to Field Sales Consultant. Maisy joined ICPI on May 1, 2018, (just prior to the acquisition) as a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative with the goal of joining the Field Sales Team, as soon as possible. When working in the field, making sales calls with her Branch Manager (Michael Tighe) she demonstrated a natural ability to relate to our customers and a level of enthusiasm that is contagious. Maisy well appreciates her need to be a student of the industry and a sponge for knowledge. Maisy worked in the Human Health and Services field prior to coming on board and holds a B.A. degree in Human Services & Rehabilitation Services from Assumption College. Maisy is a resident of Shrewsbury, MA.

Eric O’Connor – Effective October 1, 2018, Eric is being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. Eric rejoined ICPI in November of 2014, as Sales Manager and most recently served as Branch Director of Sales at Triple S – Central Mass. Eric brings 20 plus years of experience and a wealth of sales and operations knowledge with him to this new position. Over the past few years Eric has shown a willingness to pitch in and do whatever needed doing in order to support the company and serve the customer.  Eric lives in Ashburnham, MA with his wife Kelley and son Timothy.

Triple S Holdings Employee Update

As we move our payroll processing from ADP to Netsuite (our ERP/Operating System), we are very pleased to announce that Lissa Bovay is being promoted to Corporate Payroll & Benefits Manager. Lissa has been an all around "All Star" at Triple S – Upstate New York (d.b.a. Parish Maintenance Supply) serving primarily as the Office Manager & Accountant for 21 years. Lissa's positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to excellence will serve her and the company well in her expanded role.

Lissa has been "hands on" throughout the process of getting our payroll set up in Netsuite. Our TSH associates will be hearing a lot from her in the near future as she shares information with them concerning our Employee Benefits package and works to get everyone set up in the Netsuite Employee Center. Lissa is a patient individual that is easy to approach as well as work with and a true asset to the organization. Please join me in congratulating Lissa on this well-deserved promotion.

I am very pleased to share with you that Gianna Moscillo will be joining TSH as our new Netsuite ERP Systems Manager. Gianna has been working in Netsuite for years and has a deep understanding of the basic functionality of Netsuite as well as a high level understanding of the TSH business model.

Gianna is excited to help us get Netsuite implemented into each Branch location, I am confident that our associates will find her to be a patient and compassionate instructor.  Gianna is a fast learner that is eager to have a positive impact and looks forward to the challenge that this new opportunity provides her. Gianna will be joining TSH on July 9th. Please join me in welcoming Gianna to the  TSH team and congratulating her on this well deserved promotion.

T-S Holdings, Inc. (d.b.a. Triple S Holdings) is pleased to announce the asset purchase of Industrial Cleaning Products, Inc., (ICPI) West Boylston, MA.

Industrial Cleaning Products, Inc., (a Member of Triple S since 2003) is a long standing, well-run organization with a broad base of customers in the Central Massachusetts market area.  "We are very excited to welcome Industrial Cleaning Products and the ICPI Team to the Triple S Holdings family of businesses", stated Alan E. Sadler, President, Triple S Holdings.
 
“At 76 years of age I can with confidence say that I am ready to ease into retirement. Knowing that there was not a third generation in line to take over the business, Michael and I decided that this was a good time to sell. Finding a buyer that would continue to provide opportunities for our employees and continue to provide our customers with the level of service and support that they have come to expect was a primary concern for us.   Triple S Holdings provided us the opportunity to accomplish both of these goals; keeping ICPI in the Triple S Family made the decision easier for us”, stated Fran Tighe, past president and co-owner of ICPI.
 
Mr. Sadler further stated: “Fran Tighe will be taking on a consulting role and assisting with the transition of customers to the company’s established sales team for the next 12 months. In addition Michael Tighe will be serving as the Branch Manager of Triple S – Central Mass in the near term and then transitioning to a role at Triple S Holdings corporate. I am also pleased to announce that Eric O’Connor will be serving as the Branch Director of Sales for Triple S – Central Mass.”

T-S Holdings, Inc., (d.b.a. Triple S Holdings) is pleased to announce the asset purchase of Parish Maintenance Supply Corporation, Syracuse, NY.

Parish Maintenance Supply (a Member of Triple S since 1962) is a long established, well-run organization with an above average e-commerce platform and business base. "We are very pleased to welcome Parish Maintenance Supply and the Parish Team to the Triple S Holdings family of businesses," stated Alan E. Sadler, President, Triple S Holdings.
 
"While I was ready to take on new challenges, it was critically important to me that I placed my employees and customers in good hands as I transitioned to a new stage in my career. Triple S Announces New Division, Triple S Holdings

Las Vegas, NV - October 21, 2015, Standardized Sanitation Systems, Inc (d.b.a. Triple S) selected ISSA/INTERCLEAN2015 as the venue to launch its newest strategic initiative. After opening remarks by past Board Chairman John Treat, Treat’s Solutions, Oklahoma City, OK, and incoming Board Chairman, Kenneth Crutcher, Kenway Distributors, Inc., Louisville, KY, Triple S President, Alan Sadler took invited guests through an overview of the “Next Big Thing” for Triple S, the creation of a new division, Triple S Holdings.

Mr. Sadler informed the attendees that Triple S Holdings' primary mission is to establish company-owned branches in open or transition markets.  “Triple S Holdings will provide a new option for owner-principals (Member and Non-members) that are looking to exit their distribution businesses”, stated Mr. Sadler. The newly created division will also look to assist current Triple S Members that wish to expand through acquisition or greenfield startups. A majority of the shares in Triple S Holdings will be held by Standardized Sanitation Systems, Inc. and one or more corporate officers of Standardized Sanitation Systems, Inc.  Initially Mr. Sadler will serve as president of Triple S Holdings, and Standardized Sanitation Systems, Inc (Triple S).
